Is there a way to show illegal immigration as a constitutional issue?

There should be if there isn't.  It is after all illegal.  Taxation without representation - how about not paying taxes without representation?

Yeah it's called the law of the land. illegals do not have any right to decide what laws they will obey which will they ignore. Since corruption is at an all time high,the Mexico they left is now becoming the Mexico they are creating. When the illegals get everything they want,there won't be anything left. More illegals will come to replace these illegals. When street gangs,drug smugglers,criminals starting going full cycle ,good luck to them.

That's actually one of the most interesting things about illegal immigration– the Constitution only encompasses citizens of the United States. Illegal immigrants don't fall under this category.

So your question of whether it violates amendments is looking at it in the wrong direction. If you want to win an argument against illegal immigration by talking about the Constitution, don't talk about what the Constitution DOES say about illegal immigrants, talk about what it DOESN'T say about illegal immigrants.

Since illegal immigrants aren't members of We The People of the United States, that means they AREN'T guaranteed any of the rights granted by the Constitution. It's ugly, but there it is. Just remember that they're still protected by the laws of the land. But they are not entitled to any benefits or rights given to us as American citizens.
