hi download the demo version of adobe photoshop it's great for resizing images without losing the resolution or making them look too blocky

download gimp, its freeware and it does pretty much everything that photoshop does.

I downloaded the image and resized it.  There 2 different versions: http://www.mediafire.com/?uytnz9vj1cg and http://www.mediafire.com/?p43smmgpx2b.  One is squished width-wise, and the other standard resized, both width and height.
