Is there a way to start windows?

when all you get at the begining is the startup screen where it says windows and then reboots. without having to reload windows

Your Windows is damaged or corrupted, first try the F8 trick for last know working config, if not, a repair install.

Press F8 and use

1 Last Known Good

2 Safe Mode

If neither of these work use your windows CD and Boot into the Recovery Console and use the Fixboot and FixMBR commands.

If you don't have a disk you might have a recovery partition from the manufacturer of your machine. Boot into this by pressing the correct key when you turn on your PC (this is usually F10 or F12). Run the recovery program and see if you can fix the problem
