Is there a way to subscribe to podcast without I tunes ? ?

I'm trying to get a podcast without having to install Itunes.

She's got some kind of deal going where you can only subscribe if you have itunes.

you need itunes for podcasts but you don't need a mac computer. You should get iTunes because it's a good program and easy to use.
