I'm trying to duplicate (I don't care if the old one is blank because of this) an internal hard drive (With an OS) to a new bigger internal hard drive. Instructions or link to instructions would be great.

  1. If you had wanted to transfer just your files over, you should have no problems. Have both hooked up to your computer and drag the files over. However, when you said including your OS, I highly recommend against it. You'd be much better off reinstalling the OS on that drive rather than copying the OS files.

  2. There are a number of programs that do just this. Casper is one. Acronis True Image is another. Symantec Ghost can also do this.

HDclone Free Edition will do this too. I've included a link below.
