Is there a way to take programs from your computer and put them onto a black cd?

I want to take my notebooks from my Microsoft office onenote and put them on a blank cd so i can take it with me instead of taking the whole laptop.

copy and paste it on your "cd burner drive" then burn it to your blank cd, but make sure that the computer you are going to use for opening it has the program onenote...

You can but in order to be able to read them ,office,one note has to be install in the other computer too.
