Is there a way to tighten digestive organs?

i seem to get bloated any time i eat or drink anything! even if i dont overeat! is there a way i can tighten my digestive organs or something so that i dont get bloated?

  1. You may have chronic inflammation caused by a food sensitivity.  You should investigate your diet to find the possible culprit food.  

    Keep a 7 day food diary noting everything you eat and the subsequent symptoms you feel.  Once you have collected your data, analyze it to see when your symptoms are the worst.  Try to correlate that with what you ate earlier that day.

    Next try an elimination diet.  Eliminate one of the suspected foods from your diet for 2-3 weeks.  If your symptoms improve then you've found the culprit.  If not, then try the next suspected food.

    Please note that chronic inflammation is an immune response to an irritant and as such it could take a couple of days for the inflammation to go down after you eliminate the irritant.

    FYI: the top food allergies/sensitivities in this order are

    -dairy (milk, cheese)

    -wheat (gluten)

    -eggs

    -soy

    -nuts (almonds, peanuts)

    -corn

    -shellfish
