Is there a way to transfer money from Neteller to a third party, then to a poker site?

I understand that Neteller no longer deals with the poker sites, but was wondering if there is a site that takes Neteller money and then transfers it to the sites. Any help would be appreciated.

you can use neteller on http://www.dollar4dime.com with no problems

I play on NoviPoker.com and they have Neteller as a payment option, I don't use it I just use the credit / debit cards option but I'm sure it works fine. Let me know if it works as I might start using it.
