Using a tv tuner for you computer would you can input the video directly into your computer and they come with software for making video recording, this is problily the easiest.

the other way for laptops is look for an svideo port and use that(you'll have to research that on your own because it's computer dependant) if you don't you'll have to buy a tv out put box.
