Hello.. I'm afraid Yia gave you wrong answer...

There is way and a simple one (assuming you're connecting your camera via Firewire port. I'm not sure if and how it works with USB).

You only need third party software and there are several. This is one of them which looks quite good. I've just found it myself and installing it now, so I have no personal experiences yet, but IT WORKS!.

It depends on if the camera is actually a webcam aswell as a camera. Read in the instructions or on a review online and it will tell you if it's suitable for being a webcam. If no then there's no way it will work.
