as in the date it was uploaded? without it having to say in the description or tags.

Yes.  Use the search engine in the link below.. and type the date you are looking for in the following format:  "month day year"  example "august 2 2007"

Make sure to use the quotes for better results.

You can also refine your search more by adding keywords before the date.

yes search watevar you want then you see in the center (right bellow the search box) you see "Sort by: Relevance" then you click that go down and click by date
