There are only two ways that shrinkage could be accomplished:

1) Remove some fraction of your molecules

2) Increase your density

Method #1 has a real problem because you have to figure out which molecules to remove and which to retain. Getting unshrunk becomes an even bigger problem because you have to reinstate the molecules in the proper places.

Method#2 is more possible, but still involves some serious problems. One problem is that of overcoming interatomic forces so that your atoms and molecules can be pushed closer together. Another is that even after you are shrunk, you will still weigh the same amount as you did before shrinking. Would your (tiny) body be able to withstand that weight?
