Once you have a digicel pre-paid sim card and a credit card you can use the webflex feature. the option is there to reg or use a one time transaction as a guest. you can go to www.digiceljamaica.com and select the webflex option. if having any difficulties or want more info you can call  1-888-DIGICEL

There is one called ezetop.com that one is good. Digicel only allows you to top up a person acct once with the same credit card, they force you to register....ezetop doesnt, and it charges like .85 cents for a US$10.00 credit! Good Luck
