Is there a web site that provides the remaining number of winning scratch off tickets for New York state?

We want to cash in a BUNCH of winning tickets and buy new ones, but we want to make sure the ones we buy still have some winning payouts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Its been proven the web sights LIE..  there are lawsuits going on NOW for, Them saying there are 4 BIG winners left....when They're all gone!!!!!! It was on the news this week!
