Is there a web-site where you can find driving time and traffic estimates by time of day and date?

I want to be able to put in the time of day i would be leaving and where im going and get an estimate of the driving time..... ive used it before but having a hard time finding the site that does it.

Im pretty sure all the mapping sites do this..  Mapquest / Google Maps / Yahoo Maps etc etc...

Download Google Earth... that will give you the most comprehensive tool for directions IMO.   But keep in mind that any driving time estimates you get are going to be just that... "ESTIMATES".
