photobucket has new features where you can edit your pictures just upload the picture then click edit  then resize

i don't know about the quality, making images bigger without getting messed up can be tricky.

Tangentially answering your question, Google Adobe 3.2, download it for free, and do all the fiddling on your own computer. Use "Sharpen" and "Crop" to get all a picture is capable of being. Excess background can go! Somebody paid for it, and they tend to over-inflict it upon us! However, you can't put more "goods/data" on the screen than is actually available to work with, on an individual shot. Regards, Larry.
