  1. The TERMS of sale is PRIVATE information and is not filed publicly anywhere.

That is a contract between the buyers and the sellers.

The only thing that is public, is if there is a mortgage, the total sale, and the MLS will list how much of a seller consession was given and realtor commission percentage, but anything outside of that is PRIVATE information.

  2. Us the house address at the County Assessors Office to find the owners name.  Use that name at the Recorders Office to find every single thing about the owners and the loans and any judgements.  You will know everything.  It's free. /

  3. You would have to search your county information. Does you county assessor have a website?  In our county, our site is www.tippecanoe.in.gov - that has our local data.  Most states have something similar, so search on-line.  I know in NJ some of the local papers (The Asbury Park Press for example) have databases.

  4. You will be able to determine the sale price of your neighbor's home from records at your local land office/register of deeds.  Any of the other terms of the sale remain confidential between buyer and seller.

The Freedom of Information Act does not cover that type of information.
