Is there a website I can go to that will get my business started officially with no problems?

I was thinking about starting up a business but I need help and I want someone to set it up to where I'll be guaranteed to have it up and moving. I was wanting to do it online. I need the website to set up orders and payments by money order or credit card. Anybody know of websites that can do it for me automatically even if I don't know much about HTMLs or building websites?

Go to score.org and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will find the SCORE chapter nearest you. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor.
