Is there a website i can watch bbc1 on my laptop or pc???

I live in Lanzarote and cant receive bbc1 unless we have a 3 metre dish (which we dont have room for) Can anyone tell me of a site i can watch bbc1 on here, thanks

Try using a UK proxy to access iPlayer.

i think theres something called bbc i player, google it and it should tell you. =)
