I don't know of specialty web sites for renovators, but if you look in the area of your choice and look at the cheaper properties!

There's an Australian real estate website called domain.com.au  

You can put a keyword into the search engine, so you could put "handyman" or "renovations".

You have to go into the normal search and then select "new search" and it will come up with more information.  I tried it and got one hit for a hunter valley suburb search.
