Is there a website out there for all career options?

I really want to be a doctor of some kind. I am 21 and just had a baby 2 1/2 months ago. I did 1 year of college already. Couldn't start sooner because I encountered numerous problems seeing that I just migrated from another country 4 years ago. Realistically, I don't know how far I can go trying to be a doctor so I want to see other careers out there. More specifically I like human biology and I like helping people.

I know there are thousands of different careers out there that I don't know about and I just want to find them. Please let me know of websites or you can even tell me your job title if it's not common and I'll look it up.

One other thing, do you know if it's possible to go to medical school and work full-time?

Ever thought about nursing? May not make alot of money as a doctor, but job is rewarding and job security is plus.

There is no way, to work part or fulltime as a med student. I know nursing students now, who wouldnt even imagine working and the ones that need too, pulling their hair out!! GL on what ever you do. But don't wait to long.. Just do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
