I'm trying to figure out about how much I should expect to pay for a 2008 Ninja 250. Especially since I'm not planning to finance.

Well, you can save yourself some time, a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, unless it is used (has some mileage which is likely going to be very low since it is a new bike) will be sold at the MSRP.

That information is available online from Kelly Blue Book, or NADA guides. The last guy was right though. They are selling for MSRP because of their popularity.
