...what exactly can they take out of my deposit? so if u can give me a website with all the legals about that thanks!!

First what state are you in? Second really it all depends what is in you lease. I once got charged because there was grass groing in the crack of the driveway that needed to be trimmed.

The landlord can deduct ant rent, or other monies owed per the lease, any damages to the property and any cleaning costs from your deposit.

You cannot be charged for cleaning or painting for normal wear and tear.
