Is there a website that connects working parents with finding home child care? (w/Pictures, details, etc)?

You could try to google "home day cares in your town and state" etc.  Be careful, I just left a in home daycare where the children were mentally and emotionally abused and then my boss covered a baby's face with his comforter to muffle his cries, I quit and called DCFS and don't feel anything is being done, she is still taking care of these kids.  I worked for a kindercare also and there were bad things going on there too that weren't taken care of.  I did work for a private daycare (not a big chain or person in their home) and they were wonderful, so maybe the smaller places take pride in what they do.  Good luck!
