Is there a website that could help me write a PR letter?

I work at a motel and we are wanting to send letters to various trucking companies that may or may not have used the motel for their drivers to stay. We want to let them know our location, our pricing, our anemities and about new changes we are making here.

I am having a problem with how to start the letter and how to end the letter. Any suggestions on how to start and/or finish the letter or maybe a website with a template of a PR letter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:)

There are consultants and websites who do this -- and this falls under direct marketing. There are copy writers who help write direct mail letters soliciting businesses.
