Is there a website that explains how much carbon gets put in the air from wasting electricity?

Who classifed carbon as a pollutant? I would really like to know. I would hate to pay you bill. Build more nuclear power plants 0 emmisions.

Carbon in the air , as related to electric companies, will vary, depending on the source of power.  Coal plants are obviously the worst.  There is no "clean coal".
