There isn't really a "payout chart" for blackjack. All bets pay even money except blackjack. Blackjack pays 3 to 2 (unless it's a single deck game that pays 6 to 5 for blackjack). Some places have side bets that have different payouts, but those are so specific to casinos that there's really no point in memorizing EVERY possible side bet.

It sounds to me like you need to learn to actually play blackjack properly, not memorize any charts.
