Is there a website that i can download the software i need to transfer the photos from my cell phone to my PC?

my cell is pretty old and no longer active. the model is a motorola V325

You don't need external software or a website.

Somewhere in the kit that came with your phone should be a phone-to-USB cable. Plug this in to the USB port and your phone should show up as another drive on your PC. Once you can see your phone as a "Removable Drive" on your PC, its a simple matter to locate the photos and transfer them over.

The second option is if your phone can Bluetooth. Set your PC to recognize Bluetooth devices and turn your phone's Bluetooth on. Once your computer "sees" the device, you should be able to transfer the photos.

what kind of phone? what kind of PC? I have a motorola krzr and I use the built in bluetooth to transfer it to my mac. If the photos are saved on a micro sd card you can use an adapter to use it like a usb thumb drive. more inof is needed to give you a better answer but it usually boils down to a cable or some kind of connection to get it from point a to point b sometimes easy sometimes not so easy
