Is there a website that i can see did a inmate made parole?

cause my cousin is in prison and he trying to get out on parole and he told they already gotten the answer but he wont kno until August and he said there is a web site that i can check if he made parole are not

Try an internet search on the name of the state and prisoner or inmate information (if you know the name of the prison system, try that, since that's where it should be). It may not tell you anything beyond whether he's in or out right now, but it's possible that it will have information about scheduled release dates also.
