There are no websites that create puppets for you, like a generator, but there are sites that sell patterns. If you want something like a muppet, check out Project Puppet.com. There's heaps of information at www.puppetsandstuff.com, with a lot of puppet makers online there. Many of them have their own websites and sell puppets, and you can commission one of them to make you a puppet, or learn from the free tutorials. Also, there are heaps of videos on Youtube and Expertvillage.com for puppet making.
