Is there a website that manages email groups?

I'm looking for a website that I can setup an email group that I (and potentially others) can email to a single address that gets sent to multiple addresses. Like I can setup an email group of my 5 kids, and anyone can send an email to all 5 of them by just sending one email to [e-mail] and the website would forward them all on.

There are commercial webhosting companies out there who could do this for you but it would cost you out the kazoo.

Yahoo groups is the old Email list, just go here to start your list, I mean group.  http://groups.yahoo.com  they have lots of extras too, like photo albums, links and even a file and data system..
