Is there a website that will tell me how much the homes in my neighborhood are worth?

I over heard a conversation about a web site that has this information but i didn't get the web site name.

You can try www.zillow.com, but don't assume that the value shown is accurate.  I've checked it for assorted properties and find it sometimes to be very close to actual value and other times upwards of 40 percent off the mark.

It's very spotty.

There a quite a few.  I personally use Zillow but you have to be wary of how they get that value.  Look into how they get the home value before you decide if it is correct.
