Is there a website that you can get free 45cents?

i really need to know a website that gives you 45 cents, i really have to sell this item on ebay.

What is it you are selling on eBay.  You should have told us here at Answers.  

The only websites that advertise that they give you 45 cents ... ask for a small upfront fee to add you to their list.  The fee is only $79.   I felt pretty silly when i sent the money.  They didn't wait to cash the check.  I am still waiting for my first 45 cents.
