Go to deviantart and type in tutorials. You'll find many talented artists that makes tutorials for all sorts of things.

i learned how to draw anime from books websites and pics. I love inuyasha and naruto. naruto comes on today. I hate that they canceled inuyasha and the last episode makes u wonder because they never fond all the jewel shards or killed naraku. Go to google.com, yahoo.com, ask.com, etc search engines. Type it in and u will find some websites that have instructions. Also try the library catalog or go there and ask the people because i got a lot of books on how to draw anime and magna.

try there its not the best site but it shows you a really good step by step video thing that you control at your own pace.
