Is there a website where I can by big recycling bins?

The kind that has only the small hole in the top for bottles and cans, something like the size they have at amusement parks and things.

I found this for you, which is an international company, recycling bins are I suspect commoner in the UK, we have them all over the place and call them bottle/paper banks etc, so a search seems to come up with mainly UK companies.

yes go to Total Eco Store and enter "recycling bins" in the search bar, you will see a good selection there http://www.totalecostore.com

they have the one with the hole for cans, bottles etc

Lots of them.  Do a search for recycling bins and you'll find tons.
