All of the above, plus www.carmax.com (a friend of mine bought from there).

Or do a Google search for used cars. You will see that there is plenty of search results - more sites than you can probably ever visit in a lifetime :-).

where ever it is u want to go to... if they say they'll use eBay's protection program... IT'S A SCAM... they'll only ask for the name and address but still.. IT'S A SCAM... i'm speaking from experiene here!!
