  2. zwinky? Gaia online? They're paper dolls, basically, but with an anime look. If you want something drawn for you to certain specifications by a real person, you will probably have to pay for it, unless you make friends with someone who draws.

  3. There's Gaia.com, but it's kinda limited with physical attributes.
