Is there a website where you can check a houses history and the neighborhood and if anybody ever died in it thank you . were fixing to rent a house and I was wondering if there was a website like this .

I have never heard of anything like that.   Sales history is public information, but deaths are not recorded anywhere that I have ever seen.

Well first of all, if someone dies in a house, that information is not kept in any kind of database, other than on the individuals death certificate, so you will not be able to find that part out. Your local sherrifs department can tell you crime statistics of the neighborhood, if that's what you mean about the neighborhood. And you can get information on who has lived in the house and for how long and what they paid, etc. through the county property appraiser office, most counties have a tangible database online where you can easily access that right away. Just google your countys name and "property appraiser".
