Is there a website where you can find (in Canada) the names of residents of a specific street?

I know the name of the street but not the names of the residents of the houses. I have heard there is a website that would give those names and phone numbers. Does anyone know if that site exists and if so what it is? I am talking abaout a Canadian city by the way.

I'm not sure if that is possible.  I think you have to at least know the postal code and you can look that up on the net.  Good luck.
