If by no catch you mean that you don't have to pay any money for items at any point in time there are plenty of them.

However as with any free offer the person / company giving away the free things (other than sites like craigslist or freecycle groups where individuals give away free stuff) is usually (read just about always) interested in getting your information so that they can either eventually sell you something or so they can sell your information to someone else who is interested in doing the same.

Less frequently the freebie offered is to get an opinion on something that a business is trying to make a better product/ service.

You can join a really good paying get paid to site and never do a single survey again.

Just attach your referral number in your signature to your outgoing email.  

Include it in your sig for all the blog groups, forums and message boards you're in - online.

Spend a 1/2 hour placing free online ads  - including a link to your referral ID.  

As the ppl signup under you do the surveys, complete offers, & refer other ppl, YOU get paid a percentage of it.

If by "free stuff" you mean samples, then yes, there is such a thing.  You can go to sites of products that you like and a lot of them offer free samples, especially of their newer products. (dove.com, oilofolay.com, etc. whatever you like.)
