pojo.biz is one - its a forum site but you can do MOD trades on there which is when you send to a secure middleman 1st i think.

Yes, there are.  I have done it once, but I REALLY recomend that you don't.  I sent my cards out, but never recieved any back in return.

Most of those sites are scams.
