not possible well it is with the technology since its always geting bigger and it wouldnt be a website it would be more like a program and i doubt it would be for anyone to use since many people will want to use it it would have to have soo many telescopes facing downer to us and with high images qualities.

I dont know any but I know of google earth but its images are not live but they are satellite taken images. You can search different placers all over the globe using google earth. You can try download it at earth.google.com.

Of course not. Nobody is going to allow that. In any case they could not show whatever you wanted, it costs millions of dollars just to re-task a satellite.

Only the military and those that have a need to know have access to live satellite imagery.
