  1. Of course! There is soymilk... any kind of soymilk. Silk, organic plus it help prevent heart disease, etc.

  2. I have never seen a soy milk that has any sort of wheat in it or gluten.

But since it would appear that such is a problem in your area - check the labels carefully.

I buy "Silk", "Pearl", "Vitasoy", and "Kikkoman" (check the spelling on that last one - ran out of it and can't confirm how it is spelled).  None of what you have a concern about is in any of them at all - at least where I live and purchase them.

  3. I really like silk soymilk.   I think that meets all your requirements.

  4. Regular soy milk doesn't have any gluten in it. Stay away from the non-dairy creamers since they do tend to have gluten and other stuff in them besides soy.

  5. I am with the other 2 respondants, I have used all of those listed and soya milk, it is gluten and wheat free, I like the fortified ones as they add a bit more Omega acids and Vitamins like D, C and E, linotetic and amino acids.

I have used them all and for a gluten free person barley is actually not a gluten product nor is rice, but you may have your preferences.

  6. almost all soy milk is like that.  everyone that ive ever purchased.
