Is there a wheelchair available that run's on a moped motor for outside transportion?

Most "handicap" class personal vehicles are  limited to 8mph maximum, and have lots of safety precautions re; pollutants, heat, etc.

Therefore, rarely is one available for "HC" use that is gasoline driven, they are usually using electric motors.
