Is there a yahoo group where i can discuss the death of my baby?

I find it so hard to talk about and would find it much easier to write my feelings down. i find it so hard to ring support lines. well i've never done this.

I don't know of any but if it would help you in any way please feel free to Email me! I too lost a baby (3 months old) and although it was many years ago I remember how difficult it was to talk about it. I'm also an ex phone line grief counsellor and know that sometimes you need to talk when others aren't available. I also know what kind of feelings you may have as there are many different emotions you go through during the grieving period.

Email or forum chatting is easier as I found out when I lost my Mum, and I wish they'd been available when my son died.

I'm so sorry you are going through this pain, but I'll be your shoulder to cry on anytime you need one!

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm sure theres something out there that could help you.Have you been keeping a journal or writing poems.This might benefit you also .It helped me greatly when my husband passed away.There's days still

where I pull out my journals and poem books.Good luck

You have just asked the question, so go ahead and say how you feel if it helps you.

The samaratins have an email system which is excellent, you can write what you feel and they will reply and you dont have to worry about speaking to anyone in person.

maybe in the below category you'll find a support group. I belong to support groups on yahoo of a different nature, they can be very helpful and the best part is they're open 24/7
