Is there aa program that allows parents to see what there kids are doing?

cuz my parents said they installed a program so they can see every thing i do on the internet O.O kinda scary i dont do anything bad on the internet but i have friends who will joke around beind perverted and they might take it serously they could be reading this right now o god!

Spybot will not sniff them out.

They are legit programs.

There are a number of freeware ones.

Here's an idea.

DONT LET  YOUR FRIENDS USE YOUR COMPUTER!

Yes, but Spybot - Search & Destroy will sniff them out.
