  1. No there is none in bread. There is yeast which is in beer and other malt drinks


  2. In some breads yes there is a small amount of alcohol. But no you cannot get drunk.

  3. Yes there is.You will not get drunk off it  but any bread that is made from what is called "a sour  " such as rye or pumpernickel , sourdough ., or any bread that was made using what is called" the sponge method "will have alcohol in it.

    Granted most of the alcohol will be cooked off during the baking process But if for whatever reasons you cannot have any alcohol those bread products are off limits to you.

  4. There is a small amount of alcohol in bread dough...not nearly enough to get you drunk. When the bread is baked it is evaporated.
