upon the topmost bough

Atop on the topmost twig -which the

pluckers forgot, somehow -

Forgot it not ,nay! But got it not , for

none cud get it till now

Mm. Do your work yourself. And PLEASE use proper grammar. Are not is. And in this poem, not on this poem. That's awful. First, work on literacy, then read a book or two.

I think only you can be the judge of that because you could have wrote this and meant it to be literal. Or you the apple could stand for a person with talent that went unfound and forgotten until now. The poem can only be as deep as you want it to be. Only the writer can truly judge its meaning. I liked your poem though, keep writing!!!!!
