Is there an A/V to headphone adapter?

I am in need of an adapter that will take the standard Red and White audio A/V plugs, and the other end will let me plug in the typical headphone size plug. Basically, I have a PS2, and use a projector for the video. But it doesnt have the Audio inputs. I have a decent setup for PC Speakers (the speakers + subwoofer), but it has the standard headphone plug, So I need an adapter. Know of any?

Depending whether you need a 1/4, 3.5mm or 2.5mm stereo plug what you need is available from the list at the link.

Radio Shack or similar electronics stores should have one locally.

If they don't, it isn't made.
