I would like to withdraw US dollars from my bank acount in the US, using my Mastercard debit card for the account. Is there a bank in Caracas that dispenses dollars instead of bolivares?

  1. no, you would have  to go the bank and exchange money....it's inconvenient I know.


  2. No, why would there be? Go to a bank or a money exchange place and buy dollars with your card.

  3. No, ATM's pretty much always dispense local currency. Besides dollars are really hard to come by in Venezuela at the moment. The government is really restricting the flow of foreign currency. If you you have dollars you'll find the black market offers a good rate of change.
